Ingredients

  • 2 heaped cup fulls of porridge- Appox. 60g
  • 1 scoop of your preferred or favourite protein powder 
  • Strawberries, blueberries or raspberries

Wellness Wonders Instructions 

  • Pour the porridge oats into a bowl or a microwaveable container.

    2. Add the protein powder and mix.

    3. Pour 200-300ml of water or milk into the mix.

    4. Microwave for 2-3mins whilst stirring occasionally.

    5. Serve up with your berries and enjoy.
